The "El Sombreron" project is located in Escuintla, Guatemala. With 350m² of construction,
.
The project was named "El Sombreron" since Spanish overhangs were used giving it a hat-like appearance.
In this project the planning, design and construction of the same was carried out. The construction lasted 9 months. The interior environments were made with plasterboard, so that this was a cooler environment.
The project contains:
1 Main room located on the second level with access to a balcony and a terrace
3 secondary bedrooms with capacity for up to 6 people per room.

80² pool with 2 lizards.
